I believe that counseling can help a person to obtain their hopes and dreams through learning new ways of thinking, feeling, and behaving. It is my mission and purpose to encourage and help people heal their wounds and move past them. I use an eclectic blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused techniques to walk people through their problems. Most people appreciate the fact that we will set goals for treatment and pursue a plan for dealing with the issues at hand.
